Woah that's quite a lot. It could well happen then. Although the list also kind of backs up my other point. GTA 4 and RDR were in that list and I can't remember anyone ever complaining about them not looking good enough.

Cause resolution wars are more of a recent thing.

Back then everyone was happy with their new HD-ready TV!

Nobody wanted to complain about resolution cause everything was VERY much detailed.
