Had Nintendo had online multi player for Nintendo Land, local multiplayer for Lego City (I know they did not make it but they paid for it and could have funded the local co-op if they wanted) , stepped up w sales guarantees to keep Rayman releasing as originally planned, marketed W 101, Released Mario 3d World as a launch game instead of NSMB and not delayed Pikmin, Lego or Monster Hunter (I now MH was prob out of their control- not sure about Lego though- The story of the Wii U would have been much different- the cost to do all of those things would be nearly insignificant compared to how much not doing those things has cost them to date
