I don't think so. I'm 42 with 2 kids, lots of other real life obligations, etc. but I don't think my gaming has changed much and I suspect it would still be classed as 'hardcore' rather than 'casual'. Due to less time I do take time to chose games carefully now - anything remotely not worth the effort doesn't get a look in now.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
