As a hardcore PC enthusiast, you are wasting a ton of money on that processor and motherboard, especially if you don't plan on doing any intense video-editing. Go with an i5 4570k and an ASRock z87 Extreme4 mobo, and spend the extra cash on a better PSU.
Edit: Also, stick with 8gb of RAM, and get a decent air-cooler (STAY AWAY FROM LIQUID COOLING, unless you are willing to shell out for a custom set-up, since the pre-built ones are overexpensive and in so many ways inferior to air-cooling). Make sure your PSU is 850W or more (in case you decide to crossfire down the road), and at minimum bronze certified so it dosen't fry your entire system.
