I love the comments here being "pro-MS". Remember their previous CEO allowed that "deal with it" d-bag to speak on behalf of the company. The problem I have here is people aren't looking at the whole picture.
MS, in 6 months, did a 180 on their policies again. 399 Xbox One without Kinect, reversing 7 year old policies. They are in desperation mode trying to earn back consumers, not gamers, consumers. The problem is they relied way too much on the dude-bro community, and since they migrated to the PS4 they don't have that, which leaves them with loyalist.
Nintendo has weathered the storm before and has been opening up to users and developers. They have enough expertise to capitalize on this
