To people that understand the simple logic behind the "Game of Life" it makes sense. Things have a pattern and simple rules.

To those that don't understand the patterns:

Wow, that thing up top creates living things, we will call it the Generator Of Dots (G.O.D.) It's mystical in nature and creates all these little living creatures!

And still someone created the original set of rules and pattern. Wow you proved that GOD does not exist! (/scarcasim)

Depends on what you mean by GOD. GOD = the person who wrote the program and the set of rules, or GOD = G.O.D Generator Of Dots. The first one exists while the second one, doesn't exist in the normal form at least.
