5.Cybernator (Assault suit valken) - Snes for making me want a mecha suit after Robotech ended.
4.Metroid II - Return Of Samus - for the Metroid Queen alone.
3.Baldur's Gate - PC for the Cursed Berserking +3 Sword
2.Shadowman - N64 for the sheer awe as i entered the Cathedral of pain.
1.Eternal Darkness - GC for the terror of playing it after midnight, all alone..

5.Samus: (Metroid) She's got it all. Fighter, hot, hand cannon,foster mother, you name it.
4.Viconia De Vir: (Baldur's Gate) Hottest Drow Elf (or just elf) ever. I leaped when i could date her in BG II.(Creepy, i know)
3.Twins and Lupus (Jet Force Gemini) Greatest bug splattering force in the universe.
2.The Moon (Majora's Mask) "I...will...devour..devour..everything."
1. Minsc & Boo (Baldur's Gate) Forget Batman & Robin or Mario & Luigi. Best..duo..ever.
