Is that for this year, or a recent one?  If so, you have to take into consideration that Iraq isn't even back to half of it's pre-war oil production.  And if it's older than this year but not pre-war, it's going to be even worse, really.  So if this is post-war, we should see their production at closer to 4 once the infrastructure is rebuilt, though the exports wouldn't go up as much because they aren't saving enough for domestic intrests (such as electricity).
