Chrono Cross is my favorite JRPG, I was absolutely immersed into the setting and atmosphere of the game. I got into JRPGs with FF and KH, but to be honest, I'm at a state where I don't like those series as much as I used to. Whether it be the fanbase or the quality of the games, I don't like what Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts have become, although I look forward to FF15 and KH3.
However, I'm very much enjoying the Fire Emblem and SMT series. They're so much depth to those games. Other games I really want to get into are the Tales of series, Dragon Quest, and Suikoden. With the recent announcement of Suikoden 2 possibly coming to PSN, I can't wait to play it.
