Just letting you and anyone else interested in it know that I bought it and it definitely doesn't work. Not even through Content Manager. I'll play it on my psp at some point instead. 

I googled this and a lot of people are saying that you can play Portable Ops on Vita, but only in EU. Which sucks since I have an American account.
