What I learned so far about this Philips Vs Nintendo thing. (on here / gaf / the rest of the net)
Philips wants to fuck Nintend because of 2 patents.
One was filled in 2009 and Wii came out in 2006. = Philips is the bad guy IMHO
Everything in those patents is completely vague. And is just there so people that one day invent similar stuff get trouble = Philips is again the bad guy.
Philips does not even make TVs anymore they sell their name to any shit company that wants Philips on their TVs or radios etc. All they do now is medical equipment and shavers. = Philips is trash
conclusion:
If I would not have heard about that Philips vs Nintendo thing I would have thought Philips is a good company that MAKES TVs etc but now its a shit company full of idiots that sells its "logo" to any crap company that buys it for some cash. (This explains why my headphones were so super shitty they were probably made by some garage "inventor" without hands in china)
