Assassin's Creed 4 PS4 = 83

Mario Kart Wii = 82

Watch Dogs is fresh and open world with hybrid elements from most popular games of this style and newer ideas added.

MK8 is 80-90% old ideas with fresh paint. Mario Kart has always boiled down to a whole lot of luck and very little driving skill imo.
