Watch Dogs: 900p PS4, 792p X1, both 30fps

Having a bunch of 60 "unlocked" fps is still better than being stuck with 30fps games, IMO. Which reminds me, we still don't know if WD on PS4 is 30fps locked or 30fps like Infamous (30-50)
