Well even though i was happy with the things the way they were and was hopeful to see some nice ideas come to life in the future using Kinect...
my biggest worry is not really losing potential 3rd party support, it's losing XBox as a whole.... What people or should I say core gamers fail to realize is, the more XBox is just an other simple average gaming console, the less likely the XBox division is relevant to MS long term plans, the more likely it is to be axed.., XBox has never been meant to be a gaming console only since the 360 it is (was) spear head for MS to mainstream entertainment electronic meant to be an hybrid between the gaming console, the HTPC and the IP TV in one simple box....
I haven't list hope but it is indeed a set back in that regard and MS played a big part in that failure by not providing solid support... All is not lost though I still believe they have their big plans set and there is always next Gen we just lost a decade or so.... Now MS can still put their money where their mouth is buy releasing compeling software that will attract people to buy one... Hopefully they will....
