Maybe because some gamers were already please with this consumable item called a PlayStation4. But please don't take my word for it. I'm just going by the trend of the leading console sales and the competiton trying to catch up to it. So in comparison, this "megaton" is at best relative.

When I mentioned "catch up," my context was more in reference to the Xbox One attempting to offer a similar console with the same price point as the PS4. So what's recently a "Megaton" in regards to the Xbox One is old hash for the PS4. And just because a person makes a positive Playstation/Negative Xbox commnent doesn't make that person a PS fan. Mario and Metroid rules. Just is.
EDIT: Essentially, Microsoft has to "copy" Sony to stay competitive.
