So far,..
- dropped the always only DRM
- changed publishing policy to allow indie self publishing
- removed kinect's manditory status
- updated XBL policies to allow entertainment apps without a live subscription
- modfied Games for Gold to be a rental service
- earlyl gen price drop to match the ps4
so what's next?
