Meet the longstop dates (i.e. Totori fulfilling the initial licence requirements and then Totori getting her final licence) but otherwise, no, the game is very lax with time (especially compared to Rorona).
You might miss out on the actual "storyline" involving Totori's mum if you're not prompt with stuff when that's available, but you can always do that on a later playthrough if you wish. I managed to get it all done without using a guide, though (apart from the "true" ending).
