yes. Unlike the gamepad in WiiU, XBone can easily lose kinect and still function 100%. Sure you lose the voice features and/or camera features but that is not an issue for the userbase.

The cost being $100 less and equal to PS4 is a much larger benefit that will result in higher sales.
