Who is making the right decision? Microsoft or Nintendo?

Obviously MS, though i do think they went about is pretty badly. Stating it would never be removed only to take it out a couple of months later is a sure fire way to piss people off >.
Still, the positives should far out way the negatives. Certainly a lot better that Nintendo's strategy of doing fuck all -_-
