So Mario Kart 8 isn't going to help boost sales of the Wii U huh?

Yes, for the Wii U to not reach 100k either during first or second week of launch is outrageous. I think people are underestimating the sales power of Mario Kart. It should propel the Wii U to 100-120k and then help maintain sales of 60-70K until the holidays (which is not much but better than previously)

Not saying it's impossible, but saying there is no chance of it not boosting the WiiU by 300%+ seems a bit silly to me. Still, you're free to believe whatever you like ^^

Increasing sales by 70k is not silly when they are currently at 30k. To believe otherwise is just foolish at best. If sales were 100-200k then 300% would not be reasonable. Let's change systems for a moment. If Halo 5 were to release tomorrow, do you not think that Xbox would be well over 200K for that week? Mario Kart 8 is that type of game. It would not be unreasonable to see sales increase by 5X for that week.
