There's a difference between funding a game and paying a developer not to make a port of game to another platform, which seems to be the case with MInecraft (time exclusive) and Plants vs Zombies fps. Or maybe I'm misinformed. 


Capcom Vancouver said they couldn't have made Dead Rising 3 without MS support, I think.
