A few things stickball,

First of all, please don't use the term "AAA" as it's a ridiculous meaningless term. Especially for future games of which we don't know the quality. All we know is potential and features. That's what we should compare. It's ridiculous to apply your opinion of these games to their future review scores, as so far only one XBLA game has exceeded 90% on gamerankings and only two on IGN.

Now, if we want to compare games on an individual level:

Braid vs. Eternity's Child

Both artistic platformers, although Eternity's Child is made by an actual famous artist, both should be great games.

I'm not really sure what Dishwasher Samurai is... looks like a side-scrolling flash game by an unknown developer.

WarWorld looks really cool. That's one game I hadn't seen yet. I'm a sucker for a mech game. I don't see anything similar announced for Wii, but that's not to say that the Wii doesn't have it's own unique games that aren't coming to Live either (I'll discuss that more after this). Also, if we count Virtual Console then Sin & Punishment would be a great substitute for a 3D action shooter like this.

Ikaruga is an overhead shooter. Hardly rare. That said, Ikaruga is a known good game (averages 85% on Gamerankings), so I'd give Live the Advantage just for the known IP. Here's Star Soldier R by Hudson for WiiWare.

And finally Castle Crashers. I have no screens of a Wii game of similar style, but I do know of another co-operative online WiiWare called Gravitronix with 8 player online side-scrolling battles. Again, I'd give the advantage to Xbox Live in this particular genre.

All that said...

Here are some WiiWare games that don't have comparable substitutes on Xbox Live Arcade:

World of Goo

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life As King

Pokemon Farm

LostWinds

And although there is just concept art of it so-far, this is one of my most anticipated WiiWare games. It's called LIT. It's a horror puzzle game from the Contra 4 studio exclusive to WiiWare.

Although WiiWare may not match every genre that Live Arcade does, it certainly is more than a match for Live in the complexity of the games being developed. Hell, some of the games like Eternity's Child and Butterfly Garden started as Live titles (Butterfly Garden is multiplat). WiiWare also has some unique games that have no comparable substitute on Live; just as Live has some that aren't on WiiWare. To call the WiiWare service inferior given what we know seems ridiculous, but that much I'll grant you is an opinion you have the right to.
