Or it could be that most of us bike riders have almost been killed countless times by stupid fuckers in cars and there's a good chance that a few of us have been injured by some fucknut who wasn't paying attention. That tends to make people a little testy.

Yep, got hurt plenty by a dumbfuck who forgot to yield in a left turn. Asshole drove off afterward, too. It wasn't that serious but I was in pain for quite a few days afterward (and it aggravated some broken ribs I had previous to that).
