Back on topic, if you are completely sober, and accidentally run a stop sign and kill somebody. You will get a citation for the accident, and 3-6 months in jail for a first offense. If people are so afraid of tickets, maybe we just need to talk about our laws that are already on the books since people are apparently so afraid of paying a $90 ticket.
