Not soften their words for Sony sake. But so you think the truth is that they partnered with MS because they are terrific and sony not as good, and not for financial reasons? And should I even answer on why you don't bad mouth someone that supported you previously?

Of course financials played into it. That is part of being a good partner for developers. Making games takes a lot of time and money. But usually that money comes with a caveat, and it's usually control of the game/IP. It seems MS stepped up with the money and the freedom Insomniac were looking for. Why shouldn't they share that with the world? Why should they downplay it so that it doesn't make Sony look bad?

Where did they bad mouth Sony? And who cares if Sony supported them previously? If that's the issue then your title should say "Insomniac biting the formerly feeding hand?". And that former support was a two way street. If Sony is paying them to make a game then they are supporting Sony as much as Sony is supporting them.

If of course financials were the bigger part and then IP ownership, and both are kept out and just summarized as "MS is better partner then Sony" how can you say they were precise?

Previously feeding hand just if they decide not to keep releasing content financed by Sony.
