Hmm... i see some potencial issues. The problem with having grinds all over the place brings back to mind some of the issues that the Jet set radio series had in wich you end up latching on to rails you didnt mean to, or you cant get on the rail you wanted to get to.
Those special powers can also potencially ruin the balance of the game. Will there even be a reason to use a gun on the ground?
I also found funny that despite the art style the narrator felt the need to tell us this is a "mature" game. Reminds me of Stewie from Family Guy saying male gymnastics isnt gay. Its not... but it sure looks like it.
Anyways good luck to insomniac. Hope they manage to work out the pitfalls that come with all that interactivity. I do wonder if this will click with the Xbox croud though. I can tell they are worried because of the "mature" remark.
