The XBO is still supposedly conquering NA, though. And it isn't at Wii U level in Europe either. They are clearly doing something right if the consumer decides to purchase an XBO over a Wii U.

Also, we are strictly talking gaming here. If we were to talk about all divisions of companies then Sony would also be "out of touch."
