Can TLOU be my GOTY for 2013 on the PS3 and my GOTY for 2014 on the PS4? 
Really though, based on the little we have seen of both my GOTY will probably be The Order, with Sunset Overdrive a little bit behind.
If UC4 somehow releases in 2014 then bugger everything, that wins by default :p Tis' foretold by the Naughty Gods that it shall be as glorious as their last 4 games, which is pretty damn glorious.
