As many have already said, the art-style is amazing and really allows colours to shine. My one concern is traversal though, is this an on-rails shooter? The IGN article says there isn't a run animation.

It's not on rails.

Perhaps not in the traditional sense, but it looks like you can't get around on foot i.e. run along rooftops, but can only get around by grinding. It's probably just this one piece of footage though, and the visuals are beautiful regardless. I love the use of vivid colour in games!

I know that, but the IGN article says doing so will result in a swift death so there is little point to it.
