Yup.
There are a few trade in deals I've spotted over the months where if you trade i the hardware too, I could have got about $150 for my 360+games IIRC. Which is at least considerable. This was on some deal where Best Buy was giving like 50% or 100% extra value. Or I think there was a deal where somebody was giving an automatic $100 for a PS3 or 360. Those types of special deals would be the way to go if you were trading.
But trading an individual game for 21 cents is crazy. Even good games like the Gears or Crysis's. Heck You'd be better off putting them on ebay. Cant imagine you couldn't average well better than .21 for them at least!
