The jibes at Americans and the distortion of American culture is actually really amusing, and I would advise those across the pond to not believe everything that people (especially those who dislike America) say. As for the actual question, I love swimming and swimming is considered a great exercise that works out the entire body, so those looking to lose weight might wanna check it out! But in the cold winter months when pools aren't readily accessible (unless you go to an indoor pool, of course) I love to take walks with my nephews. It is good to instill the idea of keeping active in children so that they don't become accustomed to being stationary throughout the day. |
well you're new here so you wouldnt know this, but a lot of the comments in this thread (including mine) were said in jest, after a while you will get used to these members posting styles. not that i am trying to justify myself or others, honestly i couldn't care less, but just letting you know, dont take things on here way to personally or seriously.
i comment like that could get you banned btw, since it is directed at users who posted in the thread. editing it out would be preferable.

Iinteresting rule, as I don't see where I mentioned any user on here by name... it was a general statement. Perhaps I will talk to a moderator to get clarification on the matter. In the meanwhile I'll censore myself.
As far as the way you all talk in threads... yeah, I guess in time I will be used to the way people are in this Forum. Doesn't mean I have to agree with it, but certainly I can assimilate to this particular cyber world lol.
