I now weigh 92 kg and could still stand to lose another 5 or so. I was always fairly thin in high school, sitting at around 80 kg when I graduated. Between a very poor diet and a lot of beer and liquor I swelled up to 115-120 and stayed there for most of my 20's and part of my 30's. Finally got sick of it in December 2012 and cut out all alcohol and fixed up my diet. Lost 10 or so kg through that and then added in a steady regiment of Xbox Kinect fitness programs in April 2013 to get myself down to from there (plus some Wii U ones when I bought the machine in September 2013). I started with the Your Shape games and moved on to the more demanding Adidas and Nike ones after my body was ready for the harder work. I now rotate between several programs depending on what I feel like to maintain muscle mass and weight. - Your Shape Fitness Evolved (X360) It was a great feeling giving away all of my "fat" clothes and I don't intend to ever get to a point where I need to re-buy them again. |
Do yourself a favour and instead of buying games get P90X.
Wii U is a GCN 2 - I called it months before the release!
My Vita to-buy list: The Walking Dead, Persona 4 Golden, Need for Speed: Most Wanted, TearAway, Ys: Memories of Celceta, Muramasa: The Demon Blade, History: Legends of War, FIFA 13, Final Fantasy HD X, X-2, Worms Revolution Extreme, The Amazing Spiderman, Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate - too many no-gaemz :/
My consoles: PS2 Slim, PS3 Slim 320 GB, PSV 32 GB, Wii, DSi.
