Motion gaming helped me get my weight down and will continue to keep it down as long as I stick with it.

I'm 1.85m and weighed around 120 kg for a large part of my life. I now weigh 92 kg and could still stand to lose another 5 or so.

I was always fairly thin in high school, sitting at around 80 kg when I graduated. Between a very poor diet and a lot of beer and liquor I swelled up to 115-120 and stayed there for most of my 20's and part of my 30's.

Finally got sick of it in December 2012 and cut out all alcohol and fixed up my diet. Lost 10 or so kg through that and then added in a steady regiment of Xbox Kinect fitness programs in April 2013 to get myself down to from there (plus some Wii U ones when I bought the machine in September 2013). I started with the Your Shape games and moved on to the more demanding Adidas and Nike ones after my body was ready for the harder work. I now rotate between several programs depending on what I feel like to maintain muscle mass and weight.

It was a great feeling giving away all of my "fat" clothes and I don't intend to ever get to a point where I need to re-buy them again.
