You can refill the cup in Europe as well. Just not a 1 liter cup, lol.

I think the main difference between us is that Americans have created the cathegory of "chubby", which is just plain old fat in Europe.

 

When it comes to me, I've got fat recently :/ Was working out for some time, building muscle and when I should start shedding the fat I got a series of injections in knee and my doctor forbid me to work out for over a month :( I put up a coulpe kilos in that period (organism was used to taking in a lot due to the weight exercises). Thankfully the ban period is over and now I'm back to getting rid of this crap. Hopefully I'll manage to get that bloody six-pack back in August.

 

EDIT: I used to play some Wii Sports Boxing as a form of anaerobic exercise ;) It can be a fun way to add aditional exercise to your workout.
