Were you / are you popular in your high school?

In my school, there really aren't popular people- just a whole bunch of groups that include about 10 or 15 people. Most people belong to two or three of these, and have one they focus more on.
As to being liked, there is a wide range. I'm fairly shy, so most people don't have a problem with me.
