On Nintendo systems they have to compete against the likes of Mario, Zelda, Pokemon, etc. On Vita the first party games don't pose as much of a threat.

yea a on 360/ps3 they have to compete with every third party out there, and franchises that sell even better then those games you mentioned.

....What franchises sell better than mario? I'm being serious here. Check the chartz, Mario is only second to wii sports.
