It's actually probably TV to camera to your computer screen in this case, since it looks as if Leo was taking photographs of his TV screen for Uncharted...it's obvious with the pics of Ratchet and GT5P because we can see the edges of the TV.
Compare for example Leo's pic of them on the waverunner with this one from IGN:
Anyway, I've seen Uncharted on a friend's 50-inch Bravia...and I like. And Uncharted's graphics I'd say are all about fluidity of animation, anyway...the sheer number of Drake's movements -- flinches, ducks, reactions, etc...130+ of them, I believe...more than any game I've heard of -- seamlessly blended together, is pretty awesome.
