sadly this is unlikely to be something you will see anytime soon, even in the enterprise. most multi TB tapes are expensive for both tapes and drives so they end up capping out under 10TB even though they have been able to create them bigger than this for a long time now. Even the densities developed by IBM 4-5 years ago still aren't in use today as the tape reading technology to make practical use of these densities has been prohibitively expensive. basically it ends up cheaper to go to tape libraries where you can get sizes in the multi Exabyte range rather than going to massive dense tapes and then paying megabucks for the drives for them.
