You say they're overcharging, I say Kinect makes the entry fee too high. The X1 is a powerful machine and still worthy of $399.
If MS wants to move a lot of hardware this holiday here's the solution. Sell the X1 without Kinect and maybe throw in a copy of CoD: AW for $399.

$349 without Kinect / $449 with Kinect or $399 with Kinect if they decide to keep Kinect bundled. I think those are the best solutions if they want to win back NA.
