One can only answer the question by assuming certain facts, namely that the world is addicted to White women. Where is your evidence for this claim? Where are your statistics?
Anyway, it would probably have something to do with the fact that North America/Europe covers up quite a large portion of the developed, mainstream world. Same goes for men too.
