It's actually not a DOJ infringement. I've been in banking for 10 years and I can tell you that this silliness is nothing new. See, banks get certain customers and businesses that take out loans and investments with that bank and in the contracts it'll states that the bank can't open accounts for unscrupulous individuals (i.e. porn stars or pedophiles) or allow any businesses that deal in unsavory acts to open up within a certain distance of their business (i.e. massage parlor or strip club). It's funny that this comes up because a few weeks ago I had this discussion with 2 of my co-workers. They're both very religious (Mormon and Jehovah's Witness) and they said that they agreed with those dealings. I think it's bull!
