If you think about it, there could be a definitive solution if Vita OS could support multiple accounts. Then we could import and get any DLC, and even try Japanese demos and such at will. But having multiple accounts on a handheld is too advantgarde for Sony to concieve (while it's perfectly default on PS3), and so the poor Vita's region unlocking is almost useless.
This is particularly dramatic in Europe, where, as time goes on, we'll see less and less physical games, due to the fact that there are too many languages, too many customs, too many currencies, too many wholesalers etc...
On the positive side, I tried a bit of the Conception II demo, and was suprised at the production values. Didn't expect such music, artwork, animations and care in the dialogues and the system, I just thought it was a bunch of oppai with some trash combat system as a glue. Of course the inspiration to Persona sometimes turns into plagiarism, and that feels a little annoying, but I'd say that the game feels good, overall.
