F2P can really suck you in. My kids have spent more on Smite (while it was in Beta no less) than they would have if it had been a $100 (NZD) retail game. And aside from buying the ultimate God pack all the rest of the money has gone on skins and voice packs, which are cool and all but ultimately meaningless. Glad they don't have pay to win though. Helluva fun game, but I refuse to spend a dime on it because they've already got their pound of flesh out of this family.

Warframe is fun, but I won't be financially contributing to it because I probably won't play it enough to get value for money. Glad it's doing well, and when a F2P game comes that I do know I'll put time into then I'll gladly contribute with some of those micro-transactions that are necessary for the F2P model to work.

And speaking of Smite and more F2P coming to PS4 there have been rumours of a Smite release on PS4. If it does come I hope you can use the same account as you already have on PC.

smite is indeed very addicitve. also played it back in beta.

And if that's true it is coming to ps4 that would be amazing
