All of these things send out ONE message, SEGA is on the rise. That was my interpretation, please tell me what all of you think, are they just getting lucky or are they on the rise and if they are will we see the inevitable (according to some) Dreamcast 2

I don't really think we should be expecting a Dreamcast 2 just yet. Sega has had a few successes, as you mentioned, but they have also had some huge flops in the last year. Virtua Fighter 5 would be a prime example. Alien Syndrome did very poorly.
