Titanfall exclusivity proved to be (quite) pointless

To me, it's a fun shooter, but other than that, it's just another generic FPS. The inclusion of bots holds the game back not to mention how horrible the framerate drops in certain conditions. There are much better shooters in the previous generation, so I just don't understand why so many people considered Titanfall to be the "be all, end all". It's a good game, but to call it GOTG or the X1's savior is downright silly and baseless.

Agreed 100% I got an X1 for the sole purpose of playing TF and I returned it the very next weekend. It's a good game don't get me wrong (the first time I played I didn't like it at all) but it's lacking in a lot of areas and seems really incomplete. I also agree 100% about the bots holding the game back. So many times I'm having fun in a game and then I kill a bot or get tricked by a bot and it just kills my mood. They're more of a destraction then anything else.

What I can't deny is that this game has the potential to be one of the best FPS games of all time (currently BF4 IMO). It just needs to make adjustments and add a lot of things but the potential is without a doubt there.
