you're looking at it through the wrong lens.

One of the main advantages of consoles is the price to performance ratio.

the chinese PC market has a much higher price to performance ratio then the rest of the world.

that poses a threat to any console attempting to sell in that country. 

So your point is not the PC, but the higher price tag for the console in China.
