He is a racist piece of shit, but there is something wrong imho when a mans private conversation can be recorded and sold for profit and his private beliefs and comments can be used to basically make him give up his property. That would put the recorder of the illegal tape on the hook, but he has no case against the NBA whatsoever.

You should call all the sports sites and networks and let them know he has no case whatsoever since all they are talking about are potential legal ramifications and lawsuits.
