I think soon is probably a little optimistic. By years end wouldn't shock me. It really depends if M$ gets serious and drops the price officially to $399US to match the PS4. That price cut would change things up.
As far as Titanfall not doing much... Just the opposite, I know many people who bought the XB1 up to 3 months before Titanfall came out knowing that they wanted it. I think having the title in the game library only strengthens the reasons to buy XB1 now and in the future. Like most people know, very few people buy a console for just one game.
It is near the end of the end....
