I did an analysis of sites that review Vita games and got the following results. I chose the 22 games I thought were probably the most widely reviewed thus far and the 9 websites that seemed to review Vita games the most consistently.

What this basically boils down to is:
- Cheat Code Central is the biggest lot of Vita fanboys of the major review websites, with scores about 5 points on average above the Metascore and 7 games with exceptionally positive reviews (10+ points above the Metascore).
- Many of the reviewers here are actually fairly average Vita reviewers. IGN, Play UK, Destructoid, Game Informer, and Pocket Gamer UK are all within half a point of the Metascore average. Destructoid is the odd man out here, since about half of its reviews are either significantly above or below average.
- The biggest Vita haters seem to be Eurogamer, Gamespot, and Gamesradar.
Compared to the 3DS info here:
- Cheat Code Central is biased in favor of Vita games over 3DS games by the widest margin: about 4.5 Metascore points
- Destructoid and GameSpot also show a Vita bias, albeit less so
- Although none of these sites are AS biased in favor of the 3DS as CCC is for the Vita, Eurogamer, Pocket Gamer UK, IGN, Game Informer, and especially Gamesradar are biased for the 3DS over the Vita.
- When you throw all the numbers at each other, 3DS games get a bonus 0.7/100 points from these nine websites. However, no one website is particularly close to being evenly balanced.
I know that this info doesn't help compare Vita reviews to console game reviews, but I think it's interesting how even websites devoted to no platform in particular seem to favor the 3DS, albeit by an average of under 1 point on Metacritic.
Just thought some of you guys would be interested! Any tips before I turn this into a multiplatform masterpiece?

Salnax and his graph attack!!!!! XD nice work there. interesting to see. you're gonna do this for all platforms?
I see you are doing this from a platform point of view, I'd like to see a niche games focused one, though that might be hard since a lot of titles barely get reviews. it just seems a lot of those scores diverge immensely when it comes to that kind of title. i guess they are games you either love or hate i guess. that's one of the reasons i was surprised at the scores for demons gaze... i'm usually happy if an atelier game would get anything over 70.
