No, they need rehabilitation. Some education and love, they can reenter society and be upstanding citizens. I say make sure they have a collage education, and do some job placement. If you give them some self worth, they will get the second chance they deserve.
That was hard to type. I think you should fry there asses, I just wrote that so all the anti-death penalty people can see just how ridicules they sound.
